After 20+ years in the engineering field, doing projects for the US Navy, the US Air Force, and Homeland Security, owner Shawn Tate transitioned into residential construction.

Only TATE & SON met all my requirements. From start to finish, it was a pleasant experience. Shawn listened and answered questions. His “A” team (Alfonso,Adrian,Arturo) were exceptionally skilled, friendly, cooperative, hard working and kind. This pro team removed the walls and totally rebuilt each bathroom with beautiful tile work and new fixtures. Looking forward to my next project with this great company.
