We can complete most bathroom remodels in about 2 to 3 weeks. If your home needs a new bathroom built from scratch. Obtaining the right materials usually takes the longest time. In some cases, you’re looking at a timeline of 6 months to a year.

We also have a designer that helps us in bringing the vision for your bathroom to life. Shawn, the owner, is also there to oversee the whole process and assist you with everything you need.

What's the process of working with you?

When you reach out to Tate & Son, our assistant Stacey will get back to you to get the basics of your project. Owner Shawn will follow up with a detailed phone consultation. You’ll be meeting him for an on-site consultation as well, where he will personally guide you through the process and offer an estimate.

We will also guide you through the permitting process and help you decide what’s right for you and your family.

Once your project starts, Shawn will regularly come on-site to make sure everything is going well – you’ll see him throughout the process from start to finish. A final walkthrough will take place to ensure you’re happy with every detail.

Upon project completion, we back our workmanship by a 5-year warranty so that you can use your space worry-free.
